This dressing goes well with most greens and is a family go-to for us.

Notes

- For a simple salad, we often add this dressing to butter lettuce with thinly sliced radish and fresh herbs.

- I lightly salt and pepper my greens before dressing my salad. I notice that salads require less dressing when the greens are seasoned.

Ingredients

.25 c Apple Cider Vinegar

2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

2 tbsp Finely Minced Shallot

2 tbsp Honey

.25 tsp Kosher Salt

Fresh Cracked Pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, and salt until well-combined.

  2. Add minced shallot and combine.

  3. Whisk in extra virgin olive oil and cracked pepper to taste.
