Roasted Broccolini (GF)

Fresh, crunchy, and irresistable.

Notes
- Broccoli works for this recipe as well, but cooking time would need to be adjusted depending on size.
- I like broccolini because I find it crunchier, and my boys think they look like little trees.
Ingredients
2 Bunches of Broccolini
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
.25 tsp Kosher Salt
.25 tsp Honey
.25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper or Cracked Pepper to Taste (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Wash and trim stems of broccolini. Ensure they are well-dried.
On a parchment-lined sheet, place broccolini and toss with extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, honey, and crushed red pepper.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, until broccolini turn a vibrant green.
